These Parachute Wings are awarded to soldiers who have completed one of the most physically demanding routes in the British Army. To qualify, personnel must not only succeed in the gruelling P-Company assessment but also complete the military parachute training course. To earn the badge, the soldier must complete seven parachute jumps, including two conducted at night. Once qualified, they are authorised to wear these wings as a mark of their airborne status.
